• You manage 4-5 strategic accounts on the ASPAC region. |
• You develop and work on cross-border e-commerce solutions available from China specifically into Europe, USA, Asia and Australia. |
• You work closely with the support teams based in ASPAC regions to make sure we deliver the right service / proposition to customers. |
• You develop an account management plan to support the retention and growth of your customer portfolio. |
• You ensure that productivity and KPI’s are achieved and you prepare timely reports on new sales, forecasts, profit and KPI’s. |
• You ensure Asendia remains informed and competitive by reporting market intelligence. |

• You have a degree (Bachelor/Master) in Business, Engineering, Finance, Economics or similar. |
• 8 years + experience in Sales / Business Development functions in the cross-border transport / e-commerce sectors. |
• Ability to sell with a consultative approach and good understanding of the ASPAC cross-border e-commerce market. A good network at the main retailers in China would be a key asset. |
• You have great experience in strategic account management, managing retailers and its logistics solutions. |
• You are a self-motivated, persistent and flexible person with the capacity to listen and understand customers’ requirements. |
• Your strong communication skills ensure the capability of working with people of various nationalities, on varying levels of hierarchy. Colleagues can always rely on you. |
• Understanding Chinese culture & speaking Mandarin is a plus. |
