Business Analyst – Continental Europe (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Business Analyst for the Continental Europe IT department at Asendia. In this position, you will support the CIO and the European subsidiaries in processing change requests for internal shipping and processing tool, business applications and define integration with Ecommerce platforms and solutions used in 8 countries with more than 200 internal and external users. You will also be responsible for analysing and evaluating data, creating solutions and communicating with a wide range of people.

Your Tasks

 

• You are the trusted sparing partner of our sales colleagues and consult new customers for the optimal operation setup and IT integration.

• You will onboard, integrate and support the local teams to manage the business of strategic ecommerce customers which are selling crossborder.

• You will be an expert in all technical and process aspects of our product offering and support sales colleagues to make our customers successful.

• You will be a sparring partner for European Asendia offices to support them on the international expansion & growth plans, focused mainly on international crossborder e-Commerce (Rest of World).

• You will evaluate, design and integrate customized solutions, meeting the needs of large scale European retailers, and establish new innovative solutions as future standards.

 

Your Profile

 

• You have a degree (Bachelors/Masters) in Business, IT, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics or similar.

• Degree in Management Engineering or related subjects, Computer Science, Statistics.

• Knowledge of the SQL language.

• Experience in working on projects or in international teams with multiple stakeholders is part of your profile.

• You have experience in document management and process description.

• You are fluent in English and at least one of these languages: Italian, German, Spanish.

• You have excellent PowerBI, Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills.

• User knowledge of Confluence and Jira tools.
