As part of your main mission, you will be leading the IT Technical Support team including IT Helpdesk ticketing service and ensuring that IT Helpdesk tickets are monitored and closed within SLA. |
You will be leading IT SL2/3 Operations team activities within the team |
You will be maintaining the security and integrity of the company's IT systems |
You will be maintaining accurate departmental records, including hardware assets and software licenses |
Further you will be administrating servers, laptops and PCs including operating systems and applications as well as installing and configuring operating systems and applications, monitoring system backups and recovery |
Development and documentation of installation and configuration procedures and network topologies are also part of your tasks |
Performing daily system monitoring of servers, LAN, WAN, and telecoms as well as follow-up of managed services suppliers complete your tasks |

A bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Information System or similar with 4+ years of experience. |
You have in-depth knowledge in technical operational lead, experience in IT Support Organization, Process, Tools and you are certified in ITIL Foundation |
You have good knowledge in AWS Console Management and Linux & Windows system admin skills. Data Base admin experience would be an asset. |
You are enthusiastic and a team player who likes being involved in transversal topics. Your colleagues can always rely on you. |
You are reliable, accurate and have a pragmatic approach to moving your projects forward. |
Your strong communication skills ensure the capability of working with people of various levels of hierarchy and from a variety of backgrounds, in an international environment. |
You are fluent in English. Ability to work in French and German would be an asset. |
