What does Asendia do?

We do not handle the delivery of the parcel to your door or collection point.

We handle the first part of the delivery process; getting the parcel from the retailer's warehouse overseas to your country. A delivery partner handles the rest within your country.

Sorry for this. It is best to contact the shop you bought from to see how they can help you. They will contact us directly if they need to raise a claim.
