JP BH Pošta Sarajevo, wishes to inform other Union member countries and their designated operators that heavy rainfall has led to floods in parts of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
A state of natural disaster has been declared by the government. This situation has caused major logistical disruption, including road closures and direct impacts on postal infrastructure.
As a result, delays are to be expected in the delivery of letters, parcels and EMS items throughout the geographical area covered by JP BH Pošta Sarajevo. Therefore, with effect from 4 October 2024 JP BH Pošta Sarajevo is unable to guarantee service delivery standards for all inbound international postal items.
