Grenada – Hurricane

Update

The designated operator of Grenada, Grenada Postal Corporation, wishes to inform other Union member countries and their designated operators that, following the impact of Hurricane Beryl on 1 July 2024, postal operations have resumed as normal at its main post office and office of exchange, effective from 3 July. 

However, postal operations at the outer offices on the island of Grenada are still subject to disruption following the devastating impact of Hurricane Beryl. Based on preliminary information from the National Disaster Management Agency, all post offices on the islands of Carriacou and Petite Martinique have suffered significant damage. Grenada Postal Corporation is attempting to establish contact with employees on these two islands. 

As a result, postal services in the affected areas will be limited or subject to delays. 

Grenada Postal Corporation will provide updates as information becomes available. Furthermore, Union member countries and their designated operators will find timely updates on Grenada Postal Corporation's official social media pages and website:
