Hongkong Post, a designated operator of China (specifically for the special administrative region of Hong Kong), asks us to inform Union member countries and their designated operators that the extreme weather conditions experienced following the passage of the tropical cyclone across Hong Kong since 5 September 2024 have now ceased.
Consequently, normal postal operations resumed on 10 September 2024.
