Poste Italiane, wishes to inform other Union member countries and their designated operators that, following flooding in the Emilia Romagna and Marche regions on 18 and 19 September 2024, which led to road closures and the evacuation of some municipalities, the collection and delivery of letter-post and parcel-post items in the provinces of Ravenna, Forlì, Rimini, Bologna, Ferrara and Ancona is severely disrupted.

Emilia Romagna: 40036, 40050, 44011, 47012, 47014, 47015, 47016, 47017, 47018, 47019, 47032, 47034, 47121, 48011, 48012, 48013, 48014, 48017, 48018, 48020, 48022, 48024, 48025, 48026, 48032, 48033, 48034, 48121.
Marche: 60015, 60018, 60033, 60037, 60030, 61024.
Poste Italiane is taking all necessary steps to minimize inconvenience for its customers and restore connections with the affected areas as soon as possible.
