The designated operator of Romania, Poșta Română, would like to inform the designated operators of other Union member countries that the Bucharest office of exchange (ROBUHA, ROBUHB and ROBUHC) is moving to new facilities. The relocation process started on 11 March 2025 and is expected to be completed by 28 March 2025. Delays are to be expected in the registration, processing, delivery and forwarding of international shipments (incoming and outgoing) across all postal products (letter-post, parcel-post and EMS items) during the relocation period. The addresses of the new facilities of the Bucharest office of exchange will be updated in the Letter Post Compendium Online, the Parcel Post Compendium Online and the EMS Operational Guide.
