The designated operator of Sudan, the Sudanese Postal Services Company (Sudapost), asks us to inform other Union member countries and their designated operators that, owing to the ongoing conflict in Sudan, and in accordance with articles 17-014 and 37-001.2 of the UPU Convention Regulations, Sudapost has suspended all postal services with other Union member countries with effect from 15 April 2023. Sudapost is working to put in place an alternative office of exchange.
