Royal Mail would like to advise other Union member countries and their designated operators that the global IT outage on Friday, 19 July 2024 has impacted several services, data flows and production systems across Royal Mail and Parcelforce since the morning of 19 July.
While Royal Mail and its IT suppliers are taking all necessary measures to mitigate the disruption, delays in export and import services for international letter and parcel post are expected.
